Based in Kensington, this hybrid opportunity offers 3 days per week in the office and the chance to work across a range of business transformation initiatives.
While initially a 12-month contract, there is strong potential for the role to extend or evolve as the organisation continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:Support the delivery of multiple business and technology projects.Gather, analyse and document business requirements while engaging with key stakeholders.Coordinate project activities, including planning, tracking and follow-up.Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ways of working.Build strong relationships across the business to support successful project delivery.About You:2-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst,



Project Analyst or similar.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.Familiarity with property management platforms (desirable)Experience with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI (desired)What's on Offer:12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to extend.Hybrid working arrangement (3 days onsite in Kensington).
