O'Brien® Glass is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Perth Commercial (Heavy Vehicles) team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter located in Kewdale.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and build a long‐term career in the Automotive Glass industry.About the RoleAs an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will:Complete the O'Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development ProgramLearn to repair and replace glass on all types of motor vehicles to Australian standardsPerform windscreen re‐calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)Carry out glass repairs on heavy vehicles (Bus and Trucks)Deliver exceptional customer serviceWork professionally, safely and efficiently as part of a supportive teamWhat We're Looking ForAutomotive industry experience (highly regarded)Robust mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand toolsA positive attitude and willingness to learnExcellent work ethic and reliabilityComfortable engaging with customers and promoting company productsPassion for delivering outstanding customer serviceMust be able to drive both Automatic and Manual vehiclesStrong organisational and time‐management skillsCommitment to personal development and achieving resultsWhy Join O'Brien®?
