Everyday our 120 stores across Queensland sell donated goods, giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.Let's make a meaningful difference, together.Your part in our Lifeline teamActing as the integral link between the store, warehouse and the Regional Business Manager/s your accountabilities will include:Provide a wide range of administrative support to Regional Business Manager/s which require a high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivityUndertake the processing of a range of general financial functions and record management services to support the Regional Business ManagersAssist with the implementation of initiatives to improve our service offering such as Communications strategy, event management to maximise revenue potential and process improvements and efficiencies.Coordinate and manage all facets of the operations administration to meet required deadlines and changing business priorities.Support the Regional Business Manager/s in reporting and overseeing information provided for WHS, Workforce Reporting and Rostering, Accounts management and other compliance activities as required.Embrace the organisation's mission, values and future directions.Demonstrate daily discipline though effective management of own time, meeting performanceWhat makes a difference for us?
Demonstrated ability to apply professional knowledge of administrative support practices and procedures and to work within the statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to UnitingCare Community.Demonstrated ability to process a range of financial transactions and maintain financial records.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with people at all levels in a variety of situations.Ability to work within the beliefs, mission, values and policies of UnitingCare Community and experience in providing a customer-led approach to support across a diverse range of responsibilities.Demonstrated experience in rostering and timekeeping principlesDemonstrated ability to develop, lead and mentor effective staff teams working within established budget, direction and guidelines.What makes a difference for you?
