This Property Accountant role, based in Savills Brisbane office, is key to supporting the financial integrity of a key client's national portfolio.
You'll ensure accurate reporting, dependable cashflow management, and clear financial insights that help the team deliver strong outcomes for clients.
The role suits someone detail‐driven, organised, and confident working independently, with strong communication skills and a solid grounding in accounting principles.
Property industry experience and familiarity with MRI are essential, but what matters most is your ability to provide reliable, high‐quality financial support in a fast‐paced environment.What You'll be DoingProvide month end reports to client, including preparation of accruals, prepayments and variance commentaries.Assist in the preparation of month end reports, budgets and forecastsWork closely with the Property and Asset Managers in answering queries and other requestsPreparation of Bank Reconciliations for reviewProcess Lease maintenance requestsProcessing of Rent up and raising of ad hoc invoicesAssist and perform ad hoc client reporting requirementsWhat You'll Bring+ 5 years experience in similar roleProperty industry experience essential,
