Casual position available at PCYC Southern Highlands$***** per hour (inclusive of casual loading)Incentives to work with PCYCAccess to our employee rewards benefits with discounts across food, retail and travelAccess free PCYC gym membership at participating clubsWorkplace flexibility; morning and afternoon shiftsCareer progression opportunitiesAbout the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Southern Highlands team to provide positive experiences to young people.In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Level 1: Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be;Assisting in the preparation and implementation of PCYC gymnastics programs in Clubs and on occasion in the wider communityAssist participants in the gymnastics programsChecking and maintain gymnastics equipment, including routine testing, in order to achieve the highest standard of safetyAbout UsPCYC NSW is a life changing charity, established in ****, that works in partnership with community and NSW Police to empower youth, get kids active in life,
and reduce and prevent youth crimeOver 100,000 people are members of our 65 clubs around NSWAbout YouAre you a passionate person and haveflexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends?
As well as;Do you have a strong interest in gymnastics and other sports?
Do you have a current Gymnastics Australia Coach Accreditation or equivalent or the ability to work towards this or have an equivalent level of expertise and experience?
Do you have skills in administration and customer service?
Are you a reliable and trustworthy person for the care of young people?
Are you an autonomous worker as well as a team player?
Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
Do you have the ability to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check?
