Your Role and Responsibilities:Provide a person-centered careAssist with daily living activities and personal careOffer social-emotional supportOrganize social meaningful activities and promote community participationUndertake light household dutiesPlan and prepare mealsAid in mobilityManage behaviors of concernReport health or behavioral changesHandle administrative tasks and maintain recordsProvide respite care to facilitate independent living away from family or primary carersTransport clients to appointmentsSupport clients with therapy and monitoringWhat We Seek:Individuals with a solid empathy and resilience, adept at thriving in demanding and dynamic environmentsStrong communication and administrative skillsPassionate, empathetic,
