families and team membersMentoring other teachers and educators as part of the leadership teamMaintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning workplace for all childrenContributing to a child-safe environment and ensuring all relevant standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are met on a daily basisAbout YouPrevious experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher or in a similar roleHold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification recognised by ACECQAHold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registrationHold a current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)Hold a current Working with Children's CheckStrong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant Government regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about creatinga calm and positive learning environment for our childrenIf you are passionate about Early Childhood Education and want to be part of a growing and supportive team, we would love to hear from you!
