In addition to the general selection criteria,Demonstrated capacity to lead,



mentor and inspire a high performing faculty of experienced and beginning teachers leading to improved student learning outcomes for a diverse range of learners including HPGE and EAL/D students.Demonstrated ability to lead the analysis of data to direct effective, evidenced based pedagogies, reinforcing high expectations and embedding targeted literacy strategies that lift outcomes across Social Science courses in Stages 4 and 5.Deep expertise and knowledge of Stage 6 Social Science subjects and evidence based HSC improvement pedagogy to drive continuous growth across all Stage 6 Social Science courses.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven capacity to collaborate with the senior executive to implement whole-school strategic initiatives aligned with the SEP to deliver measurable improvement in student learning outcomes.ConditionsAn unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
