They cover both residential and commercial work, giving the successful candidate variety across project types rather than a single narrow lane.About the RoleYou run the site day to day, from OHS management and toolbox meetings through to quality control and close out reporting.
This covers direct supervision of all site activities, coordinating and communicating with trades and contractors, and keeping site set up, set out and logistics on track.
You work closely with the project manager and estimator, and will be the main point of contact for anyone on site.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure and manage OHS activities across the siteOrganise and run toolbox meetings and briefings with labour and contractors on daily scopes and tasksManage micro-scheduling and trade communication, including calling,



confirming and following through on all site activitiesProvide direct supervision and support across all site activitiesManage procurement from the site's perspectivePrepare and manage site setup, including signage, first-aid kits, cameras and hoardingsCarry out site set-out for building and partition work as per planManage materials storage, logistics and cleaning on siteCheck completed work and report against industry and company standardsKeep a daily diary on all site activities, with regular photo and video updatesMonitor performance across the site teamAbout You2+ years of experience of Site Supervisor/Manager experience in constructionBackground across residential or commercial projectsRelevant safety and operator training (assumption, not supplied in brief)Comfortable running OHS, toolbox meetings and direct site supervision without close oversightConfident coordinating trades, contractors and procurement from siteStrong reporting habits, including photo and video updates as part of daily diariesConversational to skilled Mandarin alongside EnglishWhat's on OfferHands on leadership of the siteExposure to both residential and commercial buildsEstablished site systems for safety, reporting and quality already in place
