Our people are united by compassion, collaboration and excellence in care.What you'll be doingThe Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) provides safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients and families of Sydney Children's Hospital Network participating in research studies and/or clinical trials.
This role will assist with the coordination and implementation of a number of research studies within the Cancer Centre for Children.The Clinical Research Nurse will participate in the recruitment of research participants, facilitation of the consent process, administration of clinical interventions required as part of the study, observing and responding to side effects as well as liaising with study sponsors and ensuring the accurate collection and submission of data, in line with the study protocols and research regulations.The Clinical Research Nurse acts as a role model within the clinicalresearch team by demonstrating behaviour and interacting withpatients,
