Working alongside our Recruitment Consultants, you'll receive hands‐on training and mentoring while learning every stage of the recruitment process.
You'll shadow experienced recruiters, support healthcare candidates and clients, and gain exposure to a genuine 360‐degree recruitment environment.You'll learn how to:Build relationships with healthcare professionals and clientsSource and engage candidatesConduct interviews and screening callsCoordinate compliance and onboardingMatch candidates to opportunitiesDeliver outstanding service and candidate careRecruit ethically and professionally in line with the RCSA Code for Professional ConductBuild a desk based on ethics,
