Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll build lasting relationships with existing customers, actively develop new business, and represent our premium brand portfolio on-farm and on-site.
This is a full time, career sales role based from any of our branches at Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine or Warren,



with regular travel across our area.DutiesDrive new and existing customer sales across agricultural and construction equipmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and construction businessesGenerate leads and manage your pipeline using our CRM systemConduct product demonstrations and coordinate customer site visitsCollaborate with the sales and marketing team on promotional strategiesSkills & ExperienceProven sales experience in agriculture, construction, or related equipmentStrong knowledge of agricultural and/or construction products and industry needsExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Central West territoryFull Australian working rights (no sponsorships available)CulturePeople enjoy working at Three Rivers because we're a genuine team — not a corporate machine.
