liaising with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectivelyDrive current business opportunities within existing accounts and identify potential clients in new marketsConduct regular face-to-face meetings and build strong rapport with key stakeholdersManage contract renewals, review project cost and evaluate account performanceRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions and training coursesKeep Salesforce updated with accurate pipeline, forecast and customer recordsTravel regularly across NSW, with occasional interstate trips for relevant eventsWhat do you need?
Proven B2B sales experience in account management and new business developmentA current, valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSWDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIsConfidence working independently across various client sites and managing your own scheduleFamiliarity with CRM systems, preferably SalesforceStrong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skillsExperience in environmental monitoring, technical products or engineering-related fields is an advantage but not essentialA self-starter with a proactive attitude, commercially minded and results-focusedWillingness to undergo National Police Check as part of the recruitment processWillingness to participate in pre-employment drug and alcohol screeningSatisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks will be required prior to commencementResilient, adaptable and capable of managing competing prioritiesTender experience will be highly regarded, although it is not essential.Woods & Co Recruitment is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, valuing all backgrounds and experiences.
