control and AI-driven perception and multi-sensor systemsDeveloping and validating algorithms in simulation before real-world deploymentTroubleshooting across the full stack—from software and algorithms to hardware integrationYour ProfileDegree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experienceAustralian Citizen & eligibility for Baseline clearanceStrong software engineering skills in C++ and PythonExperience designing algorithms for navigation, path planning, guidance, or controlExperience with state estimation, sensor fusion, or INS/GNSS integrationExperience with autonomous vehicle platforms, UGVs, UAVs, or USVs
