We are seeking a switched-on, clinically strong and driven Care Manager to join a medium-sized residential aged care facility near Bankstown.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys taking on challenges, building strong teams and making a genuine difference.
You'll be joining a supportive and highly team-oriented environment with significant access to Head Office expertise and resources.About the RoleReporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead the clinical and care team.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is confident clinically, proactive in their approach and motivated by the opportunity to improve outcomes.
The home has a strong cultural identity, so Arabic language skills and an understanding of the community and its culture would be highly regarded, although this is not essential.

You won't be expected to tackle challenges alone.
You'll have significant support from Head Office and work closely with senior leaders across Governance, People & Culture, HR and Operations, including the Governance GM, People & Culture GM and COO.
