Portfolio Operations Associate - Real AssetsRole and Company OverviewOur client is a leading global infrastructure investment manager with an established portfolio.
They're looking to appoint an Associate to join their Sydney team in a permanent position.
As a core member of the Operations and Portfolio Monitoring team, you'll support the management and administration of infrastructure funds and mandates.
This includes maintaining asset, fund, pricing and performance models, contributing to investor reporting and responding to quantitative and qualitative client requests.This is an excellent opportunity for a numerically strong graduate or early-career qualified with between one to three years' experience.
They're looking for someone with a can‐do attitude, strong initiative and the flexibility to contribute wherever the team needs support.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain asset, fund, pricing and performance models, databases and reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of quantitative and qualitative informationAssist with portfolio monitoring by analysing cash flows, asset values, operational performance, risks and risk‐adjusted returnsSupport asset valuations, financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis across infrastructure investmentsPrepare quarterly investor reports, board reports, presentations and other quantitative and qualitative portfolio updatesRespond to investor requests and assist with RFPs, due‐diligence processes, fund documentation and ongoing client requirementsSupport fund controls,
