Lead one of Australia's most significant logistics operations at our technology-leading Distribution Centre in Truganina, Melbourne West.This is not your average Operations Manager role.We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded people leader to become a critical part of the leadership team responsible for one of the largest and most sophisticated wholesale distribution centres in the Southern Hemisphere.Based at our Truganina Distribution Centre, you'll help lead a 45,000sqm operation housing more than 30,000 pallet spaces, supporting a 24/7 distribution network and overseeing a workforce of approximately 300 team members, including permanent and casual employees.Reporting directly to the State Logistics Manager, you'll be the vital link between senior leadership and frontline operations, influencing performance, culture, safety, people development and operational excellence every day.What makes this opportunity stand out?
