Trenery is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Camberwell, part time (27 hours per week).
You will oversee store performance, coach and develop the team, and work with the Store/Cluster Manager to achieve sales and profitability targets.You will focus on staff training, leadership development and delivering an exceptional store experience while promoting wellbeing and ensuring operational excellence.
This is a part-time leadership role within the Country Road Group family.
