As our Construction Project Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on part in delivering new El Jannah restaurants from concept through to opening day.
You'll split your time between office-based administration and on-site coordination, working closely with builders, contractors, certifiers, and councils to make sure every new restaurant meets our quality, safety, and compliance standards.
With new stores opening across Australia all the time, there's no shortage of projects to sink your teeth into.What You'll Be DoingManaging the approvals and certification process, liaising with certifiers, councils, and builders to secure Occupation CertificatesCoordinating project documentation, schedules, and budgets in line with Construction Manager timelinesConducting site visits to track progress, identify defects,



and ensure issues are resolved before handoverBuilding strong working relationships with builders, contractors, Franchise Partners, and regulatory bodiesSupporting on-site coordination and assisting with permits and approvals across multiple statesKeeping projects moving by staying across timelines, chasing actions, and flagging risks earlyWhat We're Looking ForExperience in an administration or coordination role, ideally within construction, QSR, or retail environmentsKnowledge of state construction regulations and approvals processes highly regardedQualifications in Project Management, Property, or Business desirable but not essentialHighly organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with councils, contractors, and internal teamsWillingness to travel and support projects on-site as neededWhy Join El JannahSee your work open its doors.
