AustCorp Executive has been retained by our client to recruit an HR & WHS Coordinator for their established Brisbane operation.Supporting approximately 90 employees within a busy manufacturing and construction environment, this is a broad, hands-on role covering around 60% HR and 40% WHS.It could be the perfect next move for an experienced Coordinator who is ready to step up, broaden their responsibilities and take real ownership of the HR & safety function.Best of all - practical experience matters more than qualifications.What You'll Be DoingRecruitment, onboarding and offboardingContracts, employee records and complianceEmployee relations and day-to-day people mattersPerformance, probation and absenteeism processesInternational recruitment and visa coordinationTraining and developmentWHS meetings, training and internal auditsIncident, hazard and safety complianceManaging licences, tickets and employee competenciesMaintaining WHS and training recordsYou may currently be an HR Coordinator, HR & Safety Coordinator,



People & Culture Coordinator or WHS Coordinator with valuable exposure across both people and safety.You'll ideally bring:Hands-on HR experiencePractical WHS/safety exposureExperience supporting an operational or blue-collar workforceStrong systems and administration skillsConfidence dealing with employees and managersA practical, organised and proactive approachExperience within manufacturing, engineering, construction or another operational environment would be highly regarded.Formal HR or WHS qualifications are not essential - if you have the practical experience and capability, we want to hear from you.Why This Role?
