DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Process Plant Operator for a short-term assignment with a leading organisation in the resources sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator who can step straight into the role and work independently within a high-performing team.About the RoleApprox.
3-month assignmentKalgoorlie based roleApplicants must currently reside in Kalgoorlie5/2, 4/3 roster10-hour shiftsKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor plant equipment to maintain safe and efficient operationsMonitor process parameters including pressure, temperature and flow ratesConduct routine inspections and basic maintenance activitiesIdentify and troubleshoot process and equipment issuesRecord operational data and report any irregularitiesAdhere to all site safety procedures and protocolsParticipate in safety initiatives and maintain a strong safety focusAbout YouHave previous experience operating within a mineral processing or industrial processing plant environmentBe capable of working with minimal supervisionDemonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHave sound computer literacy and reporting skillsBe safety-focused with excellent attention to detailBe reliable,
adaptable and able to work effectively within a teamEssential RequirementsCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceReliable transportAbility to pass a pre-employment medical assessmentAbility to obtain a National Police ClearanceWhat's On Offer?
