Our team is involved in reinstatement works for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould and catastrophic storm damage.We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self-motivated full time Estimator/Supervisor to join our team in NSW.
If you have a trade background or previous estimating experience and are looking for an exciting new challenge, then please read on.About the roleThe Estimator/Supervisor will be an integral part of the reinstatement works.
You will be responsible for the initial in office assessment through to supervising repair works and will be a key contact for our customers, clients and sub-contractors.Responsibilities:Attend site to review and assess building damagePrepare detailed and accurate reports, scope of works and quotationsLiaise with the insurer, insured's and contractors, maintaining a high level of communicationDevelop a strong rapport with all stakeholdersEnsure the smooth running of reinstatement works from start to finish across multiple sites including management of multiple contractorsEnsure completion of works are within time and budget criteriaAlways maintain a high level of Health and Safety,



ensuring all industry standards are metProvide support for the restoration team – out of hours work may be requiredPotential for regional and interstate travel required to provide support during catastrophic eventsThe role is subject to a National Police CheckSkills and experience:Demonstrated building knowledge with a minimum of 3 years Building Supervision experienceTrade background preferred and restoration knowledge considered an advantageA proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven teamStrong organisational and time management skillsand meticulous attention to detailHigh level customer service, communication and computer skills including Microsoft OfficeAbility to understand and adapt to our clients and customers' needsInsurance industry knowledge is an advantage but not essentialMust have a current and valid driver's licenceWhat we provide:Company vehicle, laptop and mobile phoneCompetitive salary packageOpportunity for internal and external training and developmentA supportive, fair and flexible environmentIf you have a positive attitude, the required skill set and a pro-active manner, we want to hear from you.Due to the high interest in this role, we will only respond to candidates who are selected for interview.
