This role can be based anywhere in Victoria or NSW, with regular travel to field locations throughout the region.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will supervise subcontractor crews, coordinate multiple active projects, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client requirements.This is an autonomous role offering flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to be part of a significant national infrastructure program.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate subcontractor crews across multiple active sitesOversee civil and telecommunications construction activitiesEnsure compliance with Ventia,



NBN and client safety and quality standardsConduct site inspections, audits and progress reviewsSupport planning and scheduling activities to meet project deliverablesLiaise with subcontractors, clients, local councils, customers and community stakeholdersAssist with community enquiries and site-related concernsMonitor project progress and provide accurate reportingEnsure works are completed safely, on time and to specificationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience in a Field Supervisor, Civil Supervisor or similar roleCivil construction experience, ideally within utilities, telecommunications or infrastructure projectsStrong leadership skills with experience managing subcontractors and field crewsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfidence using computers and project management softwareThe ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider teamA proactive,
