Cover Genius is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Customer Operations tech domain, steering a small team of 2-4 engineers.
You will own technical direction across the Claims Portal, customer chatbot, and claims bot, building scalable services on a TypeScript/NestJS and Python/Django stack.
You will mentor engineers, drive production systems, ensure security and performance, and collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Data & AI teams across timezones to deliver measurable improvements
