The role focuses on secure, functional, and well-presented homes and shared spaces, with reactive and preventative tasks.
You will work with residents and a supportive team in a permanent full-time schedule, 7:30am-3:30pm.
Ideal candidates have trade/maintenance experience, a proactive approach, and a valid driver's licence.
