The Role
As a Partner Success Manager, you'll support up to 30 recruitment agency owners.
Your mission is to help them perform at a higher level by tightening their commercial decisions, lifting their consistency and helping them stay focused through the chaos of entrepreneurship.
You're not running a desk anymore.
You're helping founders run theirs.
What You'll Do
Coach Partners across BD, sourcing, pipeline management and commercial thinking
Diagnose the real problem fast: is it behaviour, strategy or confidence?
Hold Partners accountable while keeping them supported and moving forward
Build weekly action plans that lock in consistent habits
Reinforce strong CRM usage and structured workflow
Help Partners sharpen pricing, retainers and negotiation
Spot avoidance,



fear or overthinking before it becomes derailment
Be their calm voice on hard days and their honest mirror on the rest
This Role Will Suit You If You:
Have mastered recruitment and want bigger impact than your own desk
Think commercially and can explain the "why" behind your advice
Communicate clearly, directly and with genuine empathy
Can switch gears between coach, strategist and motivator
Love building structure, momentum and consistency
Thrive in an workplace where your work actually changes businesses
