Infinite Aged Care (Tweed) is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor to lead the clinical care team in Tweed.
The role reports to the General Manager with support from the Clinical Care Manager, supervising RNs, ENs and PCWs to ensure top‐tier resident care.
You will oversee care plans, coordinate with allied health and GP teams, and drive onboarding, training and QA activities to meet Aged Care Quality Standards.
