Crown Perth is seeking a Premium Service Representative to join our Gaming Machines team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service, operational excellence and compliance within our Premium Gaming areas.
Reporting into the Gaming Machines Manager, you will support the day‐to‐day operations of our Premium Gaming areas while building positive relationships with guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Deliver exceptional service and support to Premium Gaming guests.
Manage guest enquiries and provide effective service recovery.
Support promotions, events and daily operational activities.
Maintain compliance with Responsible Gaming, AML, RSA and Crown policies.
Accurately complete operational reporting and administrative tasks.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver positive guest outcomes.




Strong guest service focus with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
Available to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
Ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
Cooperative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
