About the Role:
You'll be the strategic and operational lead for your client portfolio.
You'll build strong client partnerships, identify opportunities to create value, and ensure projects and programs are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
You'll act as the key point of contact for your clients while collaborating closely with operations, finance and support teams to achieve exceptional business outcomes.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions
Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions
Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and grow partnerships
Act as the primary escalation point for client matters

Commercial Performance
Prepare and review quotations, pricing and commercial proposals
Monitor revenue, profitability and portfolio performance
Analyse commercial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure accurate invoicing and financial reconciliation processes
People Leadership
Coach, mentor and develop team members
Foster a high-performance, accountable and collaborative culture
Support workforce planning and resource allocation

About You:




You'll be a confident relationship builder with strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience in Client Services, Account Management, Customer Success, Logistics, Fulfilment or related industries
A proven track record managing key client relationships and delivering outstanding customer outcomes
Strong financial and commercial understanding, including pricing and profitability management
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
