Your new role
An chance has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy finance team.
Working within a medium to large business workplace, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing high-volume supplier invoices
Matching, batching, and coding invoices
Managing supplier queries and reconciliations
Preparing payment runs and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with month-end AP activities and reporting
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations




What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Previous Accounts Payable experience within a medium to large organisation
Experience processing high-volume invoices
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Experience using ERP or larger finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Pronto, Dynamics, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
