About The Role




We are seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Attendants with a passion for exceptional service and teamwork to join us on a casual and part-time basis.
Based in the Port of Airlie Terminal, the Hospitality Attendant plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Cruise Café.
Preparing, presenting and maintaining food displays to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service
Adherence of operational procedures and Work Health and Safety requirements
Ensuring that the terminal's tables, chairs and balcony area always remain clean and tidy
About You
The ideal candidates will create a welcoming atmosphere at the Cruise Café, demonstrating a positive attitude and attention to detail.
You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess creative problem-solving skills, along with a high level of adaptability, persistence, and resilience.
