Crown Resorts is seeking a driven Sous Chef to join the Crown Events & Conferences team.
You will oversee daily operations in the banquets kitchen, coaching a large culinary brigade and ensuring high-quality menus for events from 10 to **** guests.
We value leadership, passion for quality food, and the ability to manage food and labour costs while maintaining safety and compliance.
This full time role operates on a 7-day rotating roster, including early and late shifts.
