Hunter Current England Health is seeking a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse to support inpatient and outpatient cardiac care at Tamworth Hospital. You will contribute to education, assessments and programs, helping patients recover and return to the community.
You will work in a supportive, multidisciplinary team, coordinating referrals, documenting care, and promoting secondary prevention with a patient-centred approach.
