About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our Glen Iris team. This is a full-time position where you will be the voice of our clients, handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and expertise. As a Call Centre Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Help with customer's banking related queries including fraud, dispute, credit card and business banking
Use multiple systems to find solutions
Provide accurate and professional support
