who:
Has solid roofing plumbing experience
Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
Is reliable and takes ownership of their work
Communicates well with customers, the office and the rest of the team
Can confidently work independently when neededIs equally happy working alongside and supporting their teammates
Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
Values a workplace built around respect, support and teamwork
