Your




practice will focus primarily on aircraft finance
including capital markets issuances, portfolio securitizations, acquisitions and sales, private placements, secured, unsecured and asset based lending and restructurings, and leasing (finance and leveraged). Represent lenders, underwriters, operating lessors, manufacturers and export credit agencies.
