Growth, Supervision and Development:
Weekly to fortnightly 1:1 supervision (ongoing, not time-limited)
Supervision from experienced OTs - our Senior team consists of a Mental Health Accredited OT, a Senior Paediatric Lead OT and a Senior Aged Care and Rehabilitation OT.
Paid annual PD allowance aligned to you interests
Weekly team meetings focused on support, reflection, and skill-building and monthly lunch and learn activities (with yummy lunches provided).

The Role:
Your role will be tailored to your interests and strengths and may include:
Delivering creative, client-centred OT interventions within NDIS, Private, Aged Care, Workcover and other frameworks / schemes
Working with adults, children, and/or families with regular ongoing appointments
Psychosocial disability & trauma-informed mental health care
Functional Capacity, AT, Home & Living, and Support Needs assessments
Liaising with families, support coordinators, and key stakeholders
Progress reporting and high-quality clinical documentation
About You:

AHPRA registered as an Occupational Therapist
