You will manage a broad range of wills and estates matters, including drafting wills, preparing Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian, advising clients on estate planning matters, managing estate administration matters from commencement through to finalisation, obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, liaising with executors, beneficiaries and other stakeholders, and providing practical, empathetic and high-quality client service.
Key responsibilities
Drafting wills, including complex wills incorporating testamentary trusts
Preparing Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian
Advising clients on estate planning matters
Managing estate administration matters from commencement through to finalisation
Obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
Liaising with executors, beneficiaries and other stakeholders
Providing practical, empathetic and high-quality client service
About you
At least 5 years PQE in wills and estates law
Strong estate planning and estate administration experience
Essential knowledge and experience drafting testamentary trust wills
Experience handling probate and letters of administration applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage files independently and efficiently
A client-focused and compassionate approach
Proficiency in LEAP Legal Software (essential)
Flexible working arrangements
Approximately three days per week
Autonomy to manage your own schedule

Experienced support staff available to assist with client correspondence, administration, billing and client liaison
