We're looking for an experiencedTechnical Business Analystto join a major transformation program delivering solutions acrossPEGA, Spatial/GIS platforms, integrations and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document requirements acrossPEGA, Spatial/GIS, integration and cloud environments.
Facilitate workshops and produce process models usingBPMN, UML and Visio.
Analyse and improve business processes, workflows and data management practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and testers to ensure successful delivery.




Define integration requirements, data flows and system interfaces.
Support solution design, testing, validation and implementation activities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process maps, user stories and technical artefacts.
Essential Experience
Strong experience working onPEGA implementations, upgrades or workflow automation projects.
Experience withSpatial/GIS platformsand spatial data-driven solutions.
Strong process modelling skills usingBPMN, UML or Visio.
Experience withSQL, data mapping and data analysis.
Solid Agile delivery experience withJIRA and Confluence.
