Portsea Hotel on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy, high-volume kitchen. You will work under an experienced team to maintain quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
Role requires previous Chef de Partie experience, a genuine passion for food and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment. Evening, weekend and public holiday shifts may apply; own transport or local residence is preferred.
