Berry Street Yooralla in Melbourne is seeking a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead clinical assessments and develop behaviour support plans within an Allied Health team.
You will mentor junior practitioners, deliver PBS services to participants, and work with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to human rights and inclusion.
