Martha's Table in Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to lead our recent bar food offering and support restaurant services as required.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and mentor a skilled culinary team in day-to-day kitchen operations.
The role focuses on Mediterranean-inspired, wood-fire cooking with locally sourced produce, delivering high standards of service, cost control and exemplary presentation across all sections.
