Parramatta or other NSW DPHI office location by negotiation with flexible working arrangement supported.
Clerk Grade7/8($116,981- $129,492)
In this role, you will help create the foundations that enable teams to deliver great outcomes for the communities we serve.
You'll provide high-level business and administrative support across governance, program management and operational activities, ensuring people have the information, coordination and support they need to succeed.
Whether you're organising key meetings, supporting senior leaders, coordinating communications or improving processes, your work will help bring people together and keep significant initiatives moving forward.

We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys helping others succeed and takes pride in creating positive experiences for colleagues, stakeholders and customers.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Is highly organised and proactive, anticipating needs, solving problems and keeping work moving forward.
Builds strong relationships with ease,



working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and maintaining professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
Communicates clearly and effectively, producing high-quality correspondence, briefings and documentation for a range of audiences.
Brings strong digital and administrative skills, with experience using technology and business systems to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced capability in formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions.
