Customer Experience Officer (Manufacturing)
Corex is an Australian manufacturer of sustainable polypropylene sheet products, including Corflute® and Promeg®.
We supply customers across packaging, retail display, industrial and building sectors.
We are seeking aCustomer Experience Officerto manage customer accounts, process sales orders and coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
Key responsibilities
Customer service and account support (phone and email)
Sales order processing and order entry
Liaison with sales, production planning and logistics teams
Monitoring production schedules and delivery timelines
Providing order status updates to customers
Coordinating dispatch documentation and picklists
Resolving delivery,
quality and order issues
Skills & experience
Customer service experience (B2B or manufacturing preferred)
Strong administration and data entry skills
High attention to detail and time management
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
ERP or manufacturing system experience advantageous
