Significant Smiles is growing, and we're looking for the right Associate Dentist to grow with us.
As we continue to expand our team and broaden our reach, we are seeking a motivated and capable Dentist to join our boutique Brisbane CBD practice.
We are looking for a dentist who is confident in their clinical foundations, communicates exceptionally well with patients and is motivated to build a thriving patient base of their own.
This is not simply a position to fill a chair.
It is an opportunity for a dentist who wants tobuild their books, develop strong patient relationships and establish a rewarding long-term career within a supportive practice environment.

The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be a dentist who:
Hassolid foundational clinical skillsand is confident delivering general dentistry
Communicatesexceptionally well and builds genuine rapport and trust with patients
Is confidentdiscussing treatment options and has strong case presentation and treatment conversion skills
Takes pride in delivering high-quality clinical work and achieving predictable outcomes
Ismotivatedto grow their own books and patient base
Has strong patientretention, recall and rebookingskills
Understands the importance of building long-term patient relationships




Takes ownership of their clinical development, productivity and professional growth
Demonstrates strong internal motivation, initiative and accountability
Isreceptive to feedback,mentorship and continuous improvement
Mentorship will be provided to support the right dentist in further developing their clinical skills, treatment planning, case presentation and overall practice performance.
The role is best suited to someone who already has asolid foundation of clinical competenceand is looking for the right environment, guidance and support to take their dentistry to the next level.
Mentorship is intended tobuild on an existing foundation, rather than replace the need for initiative, independence and self-motivation.
