About the role - Test & Evaluation Specialist
Reduce technical and program risk through early verification planning, clear linkage between requirements, design, and acceptance evidence and increased confidence in system compliance and capability delivery.
Duties - Test & Evaluation Specialist
Develop a controlled, traceable, and capability-aligned requirements baseline
Establish and maintain a rigorous, end-to-end assessment and verification framework across complex, safety-critical systems
Ensure support system outputs are clearly defined, logically structured, and aligned with capability outcomes
Skills / Experience - Test & Evaluation Specialist
Experience integrating Test and Evaluation planning directly into the requirements baseline
Experience ensuring each requirement is measurable, testable, and supported by an evidence based verification method
Experience maintaining a robust, auditable, and defensible requirements baseline throughout the program lifecycle
