Join the SIA Dental Team – Burwood & Mulgrave
SIA Dental is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our growing team across our Burwood and Mulgrave practices.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
We're looking for an experienced, friendly, organised and motivated applicant who enjoys working with patients and wants to build a genuine career in dentistry.
What you'll be doing
Welcome patients and provide warm, professional service
Manage appointments, recalls, enquiries, payments and general reception duties
Maintain accurate patient records and support the wider dental team
Coordinate the daily appointment schedule and keep the practice running smoothly
Process payments, patient accounts and health fund claims
Assist with clinical procedures as you develop your Dental Assistant skills
Support infection control and surgery turnover between patients
We're looking for someone who:
Dental reception experience is essential
Good understanding of dental terminology and practice workflows
Confident, organised and reliable, with strong patient communication skills




Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable with practice management software (Dental4Windows and D4W Cloud)
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy practice
Dental Assistant experience is an advantage
