Terrigal Pavilion is expanding its cafe leadership team. We are recruiting a hands-on Café Manager/Head Barista for our General Store café, a community-focused, high-volume venue operating seven days at Terrigal Pavilion.
The right candidate will be guest-focused, highly skilled and organized, with a passion for café service, and will sit within the Precinct Management structure, gaining exposure to high-level financials, leadership development, and broader precinct operations.
