Your Responsibility
As a
Registered Nurse at Frederic House (aged care facility)
you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with
complex health and social needs.
This role is
primarily focused on active night duty
, working
9:00pm to 7:00am
, with some flexibility to pick up other shifts depending on service needs and your availability.
You will use your clinical expertise, empathy and sound judgement to support residents to maintain their health, manage complex needs and connect with appropriate care and community supports.
Profile description:
You Will Need
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Strong clinical knowledge, including aged care and complex health conditions
Understanding of mental health, substance dependence and homelessness
Clear and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty, as well as part of a team
Robust organisational and prioritisation skills
Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
Confidence using clinical systems and digital tools
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Module Certificate
