The Role
We are on the lookout for an efficient Kitchen Hand to join our passionate team.
Immediate start available.
Employment Type: Permanent Part-time, 3 days per week. The hours of work will be 6am-1pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Willingness to pick up additional hours if needed will be highly regarded.
Remuneration: $*****/hour + salary packaging options available
Here, you'll have the prospect to:
Prepare and deliver nutritious and attractive meals to the clients
Ensure the kitchen is maintained in accordance with HACCP standards
Adhere to the general principles of food preparation and hygienic cleaning practices
Report any issues relating to repairs or machine and equipment breakdown
Ensure all clients, visitors and staff are treated in a courteous manner
Observe Hospital Infection Control Policy and Procedures
Skills we're looking for!
Teamwork: Work cohesively in a multi-disciplinary team
Communication: Written and verbal, to communicate across diverse groups
Reliability: Work independently and follow instructions for optimal client care
Flexibility: Be creative and adaptable in carrying out duties in the formula room
Time management: Be able to prioritise tasks well and meet deadlines
Certificate II in Health Support Services or equivalent
Working with Children Check
NDIS Workers Check
Police Check
Experience in working in a HACCP environment (desirable)
